What is your turn around time?
Our website design services are provided on a first come first served basis. If you would like an estimate on how long it will take to have your new website designed please feel free to contact our support staff.
Can I upgrade to a different package later?
This topic applies only to FreeBizSites.com Members, not to our free website design offer.
Members may upgrade to a different package at any time. However, our designers put a lot of work into creating every website, so there may be an extra charge for designing the new website if you request an upgrade within one year of creating your account.

Although we are based in the United States we offer our services to clients in most countries, though the method of payment accepted may vary. If you are not a resident of the United States and would like to sign up for one of our memberships feel free to contact us and we will work with you to find a payment method that will satisfy our requirements.

How much do your all-inclusive memberships cost?
The cost of our all-inclusive memberships varies according to the needs of your business, and prices are subject to change. However, we offer a free consultation to help you determine which membership plan best suits your needs.
Do you offer support if I experience problems?
All of our membership plans include support designed to help you get up to speed on the administration and management of your new website.
Our free website design offer does not include support, but we do offer this service at a reasonable price.
Where is your company based?
All of our website designers, client support staff, and the web hosting servers where your site will be hosted are located in the United States.
What payment methods do you accept?
